Tell us which part of FamilyGether you need help with, such as schedules, missions, meals, child access, or Apple Watch. Include your device type, app version if available, and a short description of what happened and what you expected. Do not send passwords, sign-in codes, or private information about children in a support message.
Privacy and account requests
Read the Privacy Policy for information about family data, optional connections, on-device AI, and the providers used to run FamilyGether. The account deletion page explains how to delete an account in the app or request help by email. Deleting an account and managing a marketplace subscription are separate actions; consult the account deletion instructions for the relevant links.

The homepage is the source for current launch information and the launch-news waitlist. For an inaccurate product description, broken link, or accessibility issue, include the page URL and a description of the problem when contacting [email protected]. Store availability and pricing should be checked against current official information.
