Delete your FamilyGether account
You can permanently delete your adult account in the FamilyGether app or request deletion here. We will never ask for your password by email.
Delete in the app
Open FamilyGether, go to Settings, then Privacy, and choose Delete Account. Confirm the warning to remove account access, personal profile data, sessions, preferences, and uploads you own.
Request deletion on the web
Email [email protected] with the subject “FamilyGether account deletion request” from the address connected to your account. We may ask for limited information needed to verify ownership before completing the request.
Subscriptions
Deleting FamilyGether does not automatically cancel billing managed by Apple or Google. Before deletion, use Manage Subscription in FamilyGether Settings or cancel in your App Store or Google Play account.
What remains
Shared family records may remain available to other authorized family members without your identity. Encrypted backup copies expire within 30 days unless a legal obligation requires limited retention.
