# FamilyGether Help Center

Simple, step-by-step guides for parents setting up FamilyGether on iPhone, Android, and Apple Watch.

## Apple Watch pairing

Install FamilyGether on the child’s Watch, choose Kid, generate a QR code, then have the parent scan and approve it from the FamilyGether iPhone app. The Watch then loads the child’s own missions, participating events, and medal progress.

## Events, missions, and medals

Open FamilyGether on the Watch. Use Today for a summary, Events for the child’s schedule, Missions for assigned and overdue missions, and Badges for medal progress. If information is out of date, keep the Watch and parent’s iPhone nearby and refresh.

## If pairing does not work

Check that the parent is signed in to the correct account, the child belongs to that family, Bluetooth and Wi-Fi are on, and the Watch and iPhone are nearby. Generate a new QR code if the previous one expired. Contact support if the problem continues.

## Account safety

Never share passwords, verification codes, QR codes, or sign-in links. FamilyGether support will never ask for them. Do not install remote-control software at the request of an unexpected caller or message.
